Queen Esther car show in Rathdrum raises additional scholarship funds, announces winners

RATHDRUM — The Queen Esther Order of the Eastern Star held a Scholarship Car Show at Majestic Park in Rathdrum and raised enough funds to increase the number of awards from three to seven $500 scholarships.
About 70 cars participated in the show.
Seniors receiving the scholarships are Lakeland High School students Ben Ryan, Claire Kelley, Alanna Kinkle, Caroline Gallus and Lila Keifer.
Post Falls High School students Morgan Baker and Vedder Nowlin also received scholarships.
