HIGHWAY 54: Where are the promised improvements?

Well folks, here we go again! Another Idaho Highway Dept. BLUNDER. Awhile back they promised to start work to improve Highway 54 later this summer. Now they have repainted all the fog lines and double-yellow lines from Athol to Spirit Lake, at what cost? It is like putting lipstick on a PIG. More taxpayer dollars down the drain, and the lines are not straight anyhow.
