The Tigers’ senior catcher closed out a stellar four-year varsity softball career by hitting a class 3A state tournament record six home runs in leading Timberlake to a third-place finish at state. For her career, she had 34 homers, 210 RBI and hit .518. “She came to us and immediately was an impact player as a freshman,” Timberlake coach Casi Lupinacci said. “She was always in the heart of our lineup, just a true natural hitter, but extremely strong. And catching-wise, she was huge for us back there … just a great player.”
