VANCE: Bad advice on abuse

J.D. Vance said that even where there is violence or an unhappy marriage, women should stay for the sake of the children. Statistically it has been shown that children raised in a family where there is abuse often grow up to be abusers themselves, since it was shown to be OK by one parent. I know as I was a victim of such a chain situation.
