Bomb squad investigating device in Corbin Park
A bomb squad is investigating a device found this morning in Corbin Park in Post Falls. A passerby who found the device was playing disc golf.

POST FALLS — A bomb squad is investigating a device found in Corbin Park this morning.
Park staff reported a small device that had been discovered near the beach around 8 a.m., according to police. Vehicles are being turned away from the park at present. Spokane Police are on scene.
This is a developing story.
***UPDATE***
At 10:50 a.m., visitors were allowed back into the park. Park staff members said they were told the device was determined to be a firework, but it was still deemed hazardous by the bomb squad.
