LITTLE LEAGUE (12U)
Coeur d’Alene 10, Sandpoint 3: Beck Odenthal went 3 for 3 with a double, and Weston Ackerman was 2 for 2 with a double as Coeur d’Alene defeated Sandpoint in a matchup of the two teams the played for last year’s 12U district title.
Mac Peters was 2 for 3 with an RBI for Sandpoint, which scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to pull within 4-3, and had the bases loaded before Coeur d’Alene got the final out of the inning. Cd’A pulled away with three runs in the fifth and three more in the sixth to advance to the semifinals. Brady Yarbrough struck out six in 4.2 innings for Sandpoint.
Post Falls 10, Lewiston 3: Carson Perkins went 2 for 3 with a three-run home run, and Parker Henninger struck out six for Post Falls, which will play Coeur d’Alene in the semis Friday at 6:30 p.m. at Airport Park in Lewiston.
Lakeland 8, St. Maries 3: Cash Crateau homered in the elimination game for Lakeland, which will play Lewiston today at 12:30 p.m. at Croffoot Park.
Hayden 11, Silver Valley 0: Swayzie Thompson, Nolan Herbig and Brody Myers combined for a no-hitter with eight strikeouts in the elimination game. Emmett Kernkemp hit two home runs for Hayden, which will face Sandpoint today at 12:30 p.m. at Croffoot Park.

Post Falls 13, Hayden 3: Ethan Squires and Brayden Drapeau teamed for a no-hitter with 10 strikeouts for Post Falls on the first day of the 11U tourney.
Coeur d’Alene 10, Lewiston 0: Coeur d’Alene will play Post Falls in a semifinal game today at 10 a.m. at Croffoot Park. Hayden will face Lewiston today at 12:30 p.m. at Croffoot in an elimination game.

Coeur d’Alene Black 15, Hayden Black 0: Cannon Groven pitched a one-hitter with seven strikeouts as Coeur d’Alene Black advanced to a semifinal matchup vs. Lewiston White on Friday at 4 p.m. at Airport Park in Lewiston.
Lewiston White 4, Sandpoint 3: Grady Peak and Nash Albertson each had two hits for Sandpoint.
St. Maries 7, Lakeland 6: Tucker Henry had a walk-off RBI single for St. Maries in the elimination game. Kason Wade struck out 12 for St. Maries, which plays Lewiston Purple today at 10 a.m. at Croffoot Park. That winner plays Hayden Black on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Croffoot.
Post Falls 15, Hayden Red 0: Dom Bechel struck out seven in a one-hitter in the elimination game for Post Falls, which will play Coeur d’Alene Blue today at 10 a.m. at Croffoot Park. That winner will face Sandpoint on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Croffoot.
