HARRISON — Gotham Bay Estate in Harrison, previously listed for $4.8 million, is going to auction with a starting bid of $1.5 million July 15.

The property offers five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a half bath, all within a single-level living design. 

The property showcases a floor-to-ceiling slate fireplace, 20-foot ceilings, river rock finishes and expansive windows in every room.

The property boasts unobstructed views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and includes a personal deeded covered boat slip.
