ORDINANCE NO. 594  Case No. ZON24-0001 – Osborne  Change in Zoning from Agricultural to Rural  AN ORDINANCE OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF KOOTENAI COUNTY BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO FROM AGRICULTURAL TO RURAL, TO-WIT: PARCEL NUMBER 52N04W-33-3250 (AIN 155252); REPEALING ALL ZONING MAP PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.  WHEREAS, the Kootenai County Hearing Examiner held a duly noticed public hearing on April 18, 2024 for Case No. ZON24-0001 and made a recommendation of approval on said application; and  WHEREAS, the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners held a duly noticed public hearing on June 13, 2024 for the same request after receiving a recommendation of approval from the Hearing Examiner; and  WHEREAS, at the conclusion of the June 13, 2024 public hearing, the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the application for a change in zoning in Case No. ZON24-0001; and  WHEREAS, the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners issued an Order of Decision evidencing its reasons for approval of this application on June 20, 2024;  NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Kootenai County, Idaho as follows:  SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP. The following change in zoning is hereby APPROVED:  Case No. ZON24-0001, Thomas and Beth Osborne, to complete a change in the zoning of a 10.96 acre parcel from Agricultural to Rural. The parcel number is 52N04W-33-3250 (AIN 155252). The parcel is described as: TAX #10326 EX E 841 FT & EX W 60 FT [IN NW-NW] in Section 33, Township 52 North, Range 4 West B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho. The subject property is located at 4882 W.
