She was born Myrna Gay Fox on April 12, 1935, in Kellogg, Idaho, to parents William Samuel Fox and Chloe Woodrow Thompson.

Myrna was raised in Oregon and graduated from Eagle Point High School in 1953.

In December of 1953, she married William Frederick Lytle (to whom she was married for 52 years) and had three children: Robert (his s.o. Debbie); Katherine Cerise; and Tosha (her s.o. Joe).  She had seven grandchildren: Casey; Jessica; Brandy; Beau; Davin; Brock and Derek and seven great-grandchildren: Madison; Rylan; Jaiden; Warren; Riley; Stetson; and Barrington.  All were a huge part of her life along with family and friends.

Myrna lived in Pinehurst, Idaho, in a home her husband built, from 1953 to 1986. She then moved to the Fernan Village in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she lived until her death on Jan. 15, 2024.

She was a domestic engineer (housewife) and mother. She loved horse racing and had been to the Kentucky Derby with her son. She was also adopted by a cat named Bee Bee.

She died peacefully in her home with her family and cat. She was preceded by her daughter, husband and parents.

We know we did not do it your way, but the result is the same. RIP Mom.
