'Unite for Hope' to benefit Idaho Youth Ranch
COEUR d'ALENE — Idaho Youth Ranch's inaugural Unite for Hope Gala is scheduled March 13 at the Hagadone Event Center.
It will feature stories of the life-changing services Idaho Youth Ranch provides in North Idaho, dinner, prizes and auctions.
"The needs of children and families in North Idaho continue to grow," said Amy Evans, vice president of programs. "Suicide is now the leading cause of death for Idaho teenagers. Hundreds of young people are facing trauma, adversity, homelessness and mental health challenges. Unite for Hope will enable us to provide more counseling, skill-building and support to help these youth find hope and resilience."
Kristin Linville Ludwig, corporate sponsorship and events manager with Idaho Youth Ranch, said guests can get involved through sponsorships, donating auction items and purchasing tickets.
"Together, we can give local kids the tools they need to heal and thrive," she said.
