Surveys now open for PF Transportation Master Plan

| January 19, 2024 1:07 AM

The city of Post Falls is seeking community input as staff members prepare a Transportation Master Plan.

Two types of community feedback are requested — comments on the transportation system via a map survey and general feedback via a traditional survey.

Transportation Master Plans are generally adopted every five or 10 years. Post Falls' current plan was adopted in 2017.

The purpose of the master plan is to identify community priorities for transportation projects within Post Falls. This plan is expected to help promote safe, effective and convenient options for getting around town, whether walking, biking or driving.

The comment period ends Feb. 28. Survey results will be released in March.
