Welch Comer promotes Williams, Tucker
Welch Comer, a regional engineering firm headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, with an office in Spokane, has promoted Ashley Williams, P.E., to Senior Project Manager. Williams joined Welch Comer as a Project Engineer in 2011 after graduating from the University of Idaho.
Williams has managed and led the design of numerous public water and wastewater projects across North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Williams is an expert in water and wastewater planning and funding solutions. In her new role, Williams will lead Welch Comer’s Coeur d’Alene Water/Wastewater group.
Williams has both a B.S. in civil engineering and an M.S. in water resources from the University of Idaho. She has 13 years of experience in municipal water, wastewater and environmental engineering.
Williams resides in Coeur d’Alene with her husband, Eric, and two boys.
Welch Comer has promoted Thomas Tucker to Crew Chief II. Tucker joined Welch Comer in 2019. Thomas has exhibited a great work ethic and superb ability to absorb knowledge and get the most out of the technology available to him. His efficiency and accuracy in his daily work are exceptional. Thomas will be taking his Land Surveyor in Training national exam soon, with plans to become a Professional Land Surveyor.
Tucker resides in Coeur d’Alene with his wife and newborn child.
