NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RATHDRUM PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION The Rathdrum Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 commencing at 6:00 PM at Rathdrum City Hall, 8047 W Main Street.   Summary of Request: The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear testimony regarding a request for amendment to the zoning map of the City of Rathdrum (Zone Map Amendment) as requested by the property owner. The property, identified as 8339 W 4th Street, is generally located adjacent northerly of 4th St., southerly of Meadow Brook Circle, easterly of Arbor St., and southwesterly of Coeur d’Alene St. The parcel is currently zoned “R-3” Medium/High Density Residential.
