CITY OF COEUR D’ALENE STREET AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT INDEPENDENCE POINT STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NOTICE FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, Coeur d’Alene, 710 E. Mullan Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814, on or before March 13, 2024, until the hour of 11 am for the Independence Point Stormwater Improvements Project. Bids will be opened at City Hall, 710 Mullan Ave, Conf. Rm. 5 on said date. Anyone may attend. The project generally consists of stormwater system improvements, including approximately 371 linear feet of storm pipe, manhole, 17 drywells, 106 linear feet infiltration trench, 17 catch basins, and 14 manholes with associated surface restoration. The Contract Documents may be obtained or examined at the Customer Service Center at City Hall or www.CityofCDAPlanRoom.com. The standard set of bidding documents includes bid forms, technical specifications, rehabilitation schedules, and vicinity maps.
