Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty's offices through its foundation awarded Habitat for Humanity North Idaho $5,000 to help purchase building materials to complete homes currently under construction. The current project in progress is completing eight units in the 21-unit multi-condo home complex in Coeur d'Alene. Homes will range from one bedroom to 5-bedroom accommodations. HFHNI has been providing low-income families housing in 12 Kootenai County cities since 1988.
