City of Post Falls Kootenai County, Idaho Spokane Street Rehabilitation ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, 408 N. Spokane, Post Falls, ID, on or before March 5, 2024, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., local time, for the Spokane Street Rehabilitation Project. The City of Post Falls intends to reconstruct the pavement on Spokane Street from the I-90 eastbound on- and off-ramps to the Spokane River bridge. The project will include hydrant replacement, catch basin replacement, pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalk, dry utility conduit installation, and replacing the cones of two manholes.
