NRCS schedules open house

The Natural Resources Conservation Services local conservation team has scheduled an open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 12 at Scheffelmier Meats Country Barn, 18500 S. Old Lane Road, Cataldo. 

The meeting is to offer agricultural producers and residents the latest on available farm bill programs through NRCS and the Farm Service Agency.

The Kootenai-Shoshone Soil and Water Conservation District will also outline its efforts to help agricultural producers.
