PREP WRESTLING: Post Falls wins big at Conrad Garner Invitational
BONNERS FERRY — Gage Loftin (98 pounds), Matthew Hamilton (106), Rider Seguine (120), Tyson Barnhart (145), Damion Hamilton (160) and Seth Martin (170) notched individual titles for Post Falls, which also claimed the team title at the Conrad Garner Invitational at Bonners Ferry High.
Post Falls finished with 287 points. Carson Leonard won at 113 pounds for Lakeland, which was second with 167 points.
Sandpoint’s Jackson Holman (182) and Gavin Walters (195) and Priest River’s Colm McLaimtaig (138) and Caedan McLaimtaig (152) won their respective weight classes.
Mackenzee Donenfeld (100), Emma Garman (120), and Lilli Marti (235) won their respective weight classes to lead Sandpoint to a third-place finish in the girls tournament.
Lakeland’s Annika Thompson won at 165.
Bonners Ferry won the girls team title with 112 points.
