Silver Valley's Festival of Trees logs fundraiser results
Tiny trees with themed items were auctioned off as part of the Festival of Trees to raise money for Silver Valley Meals on Wheels.

WALLACE — Results have been logged for Shoshone County's Festival of Trees.
Tabletop trees and themed baskets were auctioned off as part of the annual fundraiser at Shoshone County Courthouse in Wallace and the Osburn Senior Center.
Shoshone County DMV clerk Shalea Shultz said the community came through to benefit Silver Valley Meals on Wheels.
"We were down to the last hour of bidding and an anonymous donor came in with a huge bid of $5,000," Shultz said.
A total of $6,555 was raised by trees auctioned at the courthouse. The highest bid came in for the public works tree at $5,000.
"We are so grateful for each department contributing and working so hard to make this tree auction successful," Shultz said.
