ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS    This request for statement of qualifications will be used to select firms for inclusion on the Idaho Department of Fish and Game’s Professional Services Agreements (PSA). Selected firms will provide an array of engineering services that will support the Idaho Department of Fish and Game’s (IDFG; Owner) Fisheries Bureau including the Fish Habitat Program, the Fishing and Boating Access Program, and the Fish Production Program (i.e., Hatcheries and affiliated facilities). Services will include design and associated modeling tasks, watershed assessments, alternatives analyses, feasibility studies, project permitting (i.e., leading, coordinating, and supporting), contract management, design review, and construction oversight. The scope of projects will vary by task and may include aquatic habitat conservation and restoration, irrigation infrastructure development, State of Idaho property and infrastructure improvements or protection, dam improvements, dam maintenance, access site improvements or development, and hatchery infrastructure development or effluent water management. Projects will be located throughout the State of Idaho on public and private property. Project task-orders will have defined deadlines negotiated between selected firms and the Owner. The term of the Professional Services Agreement will be a one-year base period with three additional option periods not to exceed one year each (up to four years total). Each one-year period will have a ceiling amount not to exceed $1,000,000 in total tasks. An option period may be exercised by the IDFG before expiration of the previous period.
