Man wins $822K at Coeur d'Alene Casino

A Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel guest won $822,000 on Monday.

“You never ever expect something like that to happen," said the winner, who wished to remain anonymous.

The man had spun the Frankenstein gaming machine twice at 60 cents per spin then upped his bet for the third spin to $3 and hit the jackpot, a press release said.

With the winnings, the man said he plans to publish a book about God’s sovereignty and give it away.

“Nothing happens without God; this was all him," he said in the release.

The Frankenstein game has been at the casino for a year. It is made by Light and Wonder and is popular, the release said. The next video gaming machine in the series is Dracula, which will be at the casino by month’s end.
