CDA EDC looking for one good worker

The Coeur d’Alene Area Economic Development Corp. needs your help. 

The organization that aims to build a healthy regional economy recently received a renewal grant for a Vista volunteer. 

"This position plays a key role in moving forward the housing initiatives that create the basis of economic stability our mission supports," wrote President Gynii Gilliam. 

But the person hired for the position recently took a full-time job elsewhere, leaving the position open. 

"The CDA EDC is in jeopardy of losing a substantial and valuable grant if this position isn’t filled within a week," Gilliam wrote.

The job offers a stipend of $12 per hour and is 30 to 40 hours a week. There is a $300 month food allowance and a bonus at the end of service of $7,900. 

"This position can be filled by students, seniors or anyone interested in learning how to move their community forward," Gilliam wrote.
