'Big White Dog' helps Companions Animal Center
Big White Dog Photography recently donated $2,250 to the Companions Animal Center in Hayden.
The funds were raised through the Into the Wild campaign, a portrait series capturing the bond between women and their dogs.
“It is an incredible honor to serve this community not just through the Into the Wild project, but every time I pick up my camera to take photos of dogs and their humans,” said Angela Schneider, owner of Big White Dog Photography.
Vicky Nelson, CAC development director, said the donation will help animals in need.
“We are so grateful to Angela and Big White Dog Photography for this generosity and creativity,” Nelson said. The Into the Wild campaign is a beautiful way to bring attention to the love between people and their pets while making a tangible impact in our community.”
Schneider, also a CAC volunteer, said she has seen firsthand how deeply people cherish their dogs.
"To be able to celebrate those bonds while giving back to an amazing place like Companions Animal Center is beyond fulfilling," she said.
