Slash pile burning visible from I-90 in Post Falls

POST FALLS — Slash pile burning on the 5000 block of East Seltice Way in Post Falls is creating smoke that is visible along I-90 east of HWY 41.
"Rest assured, the Fire Department and other agencies are fully aware of these burns," Kootenai County Fire and Rescue said in a social media post.
Slash pile burning in the area is expected to last over the next few days.
