Chelsea Reeves, 33

Chelsea Reeves, 33, passed away July 28, 2024, in Post Falls, Idaho.

Chelsea's friends and family were incredibly important to her. She enjoyed well-cooked meals made by her boyfriend, Corey, and lounging with her cats, Nala and Elora.

Everyone who knew Chelsea knew her love for music, but her true passion in life was to love and care for animals. This blossomed into a career at the Kootenai County Humane Society, where she spent her days making a difference in the community and the lives of all the animals that passed through their doors.

Chelsea is survived by her longtime boyfriend, Corey Koerner; her niece, Paige; her brothers, Mitchell and Matthew Reeves and Richard Hodges; her sister, Jessica Reeves; her aunt, Donna Patterson; her stepfather, Rick Hodges; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A beautiful celebration of life was held Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024, at Companions Animal Center.
