Pinehurst woman dies in crash in Wallace

WALLACE — A Pinehurst woman died in a single-vehicle crash in Wallace late Tuesday.
According to the Idaho State Police, the 40-year-old driver was eastbound in a 2002 Ford F150 between the Interstate 90 interchange 62 off-ramp and the I-90 interchange 62 on-ramp when she crashed about 11:30 p.m.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, ISP said in a Wednesday press release.
The area between the on- and off-ramps was blocked for about four hours while emergency responders processed the crash scene.
An investigation continues.
