Moscow Police searching for inmate who walked away from job site on University of Idaho campus

MOSCOW— The Moscow Police Department is asking for your help finding an Idaho Department of Corrections inmate who walked away from a job site at the University of Idaho's campus on Tuesday.

Moscow Police are near the Theophilus Tower on campus and are asking anyone inside the tower to leave immediately as they investigate the area.

Moscow Police identified 34-year-old Wayland Savage as the man suspected of leaving the job site. Police said Savage, who is in prison for burglary and grand theft, is 6-feet-2-inches tall and was last seen wearing dark pants and a black T-shirt.
