HOLES IN ONE

Steve Johnson of Sandpoint aced the 137-yard 2nd hole at the Coeur d’Alene Golf Club with a 7-iron on Thursday. It was his second career ace.

The Links in Post Falls recently hosted its first Links Open, a 36-hole event which included a flight from the new black tees, which measure 8,296 yards.
