Shoshone County jail bookings

April 22

Donald Lee Green, 64, of Roy, Wash., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard M. Lammers, 45, of Vancouver, Wash., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, felony unlawful possession of firearms, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, obstructing or resisting an officer and possession of burglary tools.

David D. Maden, 42, of Post Falls, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of a controlled substance with intent to use and destroying evidence.

Travis James Nelson, 47, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for lewd conduct with a child under age 16. 

Thomas Daniel Parker, 51, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer.

Katie Ann Petersen, 28, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for two counts of possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use and using or being under the influence in public.

Brianna Nicole Whitham, 31, of Portland, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

April 23

Shonquenton Louis Kris Dunn, of Augusta, S.C., was arrested and booked for two counts of failure to appear.

Elijah Hunter Kellberg, 19, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16.     

August Chester Mota, 33, of Upper Lake, Calif., was arrested and booked for voluntary manslaughter.

April 24

Martin David Duncan, 42, of Nice, Calif., was arrested and booked for voluntary manslaughter.

Adam Timothy Bryan Doyea, 37, of Bonney Lake, Wash., was arrested and booked for a felony arrest warrant.

Brian Scott Eby, 44, of Smelterville was arrested and booked for a felony arrest warrant.
