VITRIOL: Condemn it in all forms

WOW, what a mountain of letters I have seen since the people who said the nasty things to the team. So many people up in arms about it!

WAIT! What about all the horrible things being said about the homeless? Or about LBGTQ community? Don’t they have as many rights as the basketball team? In my opinion the answer is yes! We all have the same rights as granted by the Bill of Rights. 

You are a Christian you say and feel the need to judge and condemn anyone not like you? I too am a Christian but can we please read Matthew Chapter 7 together and pay special attention to the beginning of that chapter. I believe that this tells us how we are supposed to see others. 

If we are going to make such a thing out of a few nasty words shouted at a basketball team that was offended, why are not the same things as offensive when shouted to others in our community?
