Gonzaga's Maxwell, Kaylynne Truong tabbed for 3-point contest

PHOENIX — Brynna Maxwell and Kaylynne Truong of Gonzaga were selected to participate in a 3-point contest at Grand Canyon University on Thursday, as part of the NCAA men's Final Four activities.

The event is scheduled to air live on ESPN at 6 p.m.

There will also be a men's 3-point contest, a men's slam dunk contest and a hot shot challenge. The men's and women's 3-point contest winners will square off in a "Battle of the Champions."

Zags' Kayleigh Truong to play in women’s college all-star game

CLEVELAND — Gonzaga women's basketball player Kayleigh Truong has been invited to participate in the 2024 Women's College All-Star Game.

The game will take place at the Wolstein Center on the campus of Cleveland State University on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. PST (ESPN2), the day before the NCAA women's championship game.
