HOSPITAL: Rendered superior service

I was a recent outpatient surgery with overnight stay patient at Kootenai Health, CDA. I cannot express how well I was treated and the care and compassion I received as a patient.

From the time that we checked in until the time we were discharged, they explained everything that was going on and what was going to happen. They were very thorough and helped ease our minds. 

I received outstanding attention from all the people starting with the Pre Operative team through Recovery and into Post Operative. They all had the patient’s best interest in their minds. 

It started with Tammy, Mia, Sarah and Afton in Pre Op, continued through Adrial and Leo in the Recovery Room and continued on with Tabatha, Janelle, Amy and Emilee in the Post Op area. 

Dr. Clark from North Idaho Urology and his surgical team were outstanding also. I was asleep while they were doing their work so I am not sure of names involved.

We are very lucky to have a great facility like Kootenai Health serving our communities.
