'Fill the Boot' on Friday

COEUR d'ALENE — Coeur d'Alene firefighters will be trying to "Fill the Boot" on Friday.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser will be going on inside and outside two Anchored Coffee locations, 451 W. Dalton Ave. and 930 W. Ironwood Drive.

Off-duty firefighters with Local 710 will be helping serve up coffee drinks and chatting with passersby throughout the day while accepting donations.

Last year's Fill the Boot campaign raised about $4,000.
