Elizabeth 'Libby' Kayleen Beckhelm, 73

Elizabeth (Libby) Kayleen Beckhelm passed away Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

She was born in Galveston, Texas, and lived her life in Texas, California, Virginia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Idaho. She was a brilliant accounting and payroll manager, financial systems manager and consultant in a career that spanned over 50 years. Later in life, she became a licensed religious practitioner and an ordained interfaith minister.

She is survived by Philip Beckhelm, her husband of 45 years; and her son, Kevin Lindsey (Liz) of Athol, Idaho; her stepson, Patrick Beckhelm (also Liz), of San Francisco; and their respective families, including three grandsons, Ronan Lindsey, Benji Beckhelm and Zachary Beckhelm.

There will be a short graveside service at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, at the Riverview Cemetery (1065 N. Lincoln Way Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814).
