Kids health fair planned in Shoshone County
The Kids Health Fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 23 at the SMC Fitness Center at 858 Commerce Drive in Smelterville.

SMELTERVILLE — Have fun with the whole family and connect with helpful medical resources during a kids health fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the SMC Fitness Center at 858 Commerce Drive in Smelterville.
There will be outdoor activities, snacks, prizes, games, food and educational materials throughout the fair. Children attending the event have a chance to win a new bike and a free coat giveaway for children is also planned.
Blood testing for lead in kids is available through Panhandle Health. For more information, call 208-783-0707. PHD is also offering soil and well testing.
