Fire department open house on Saturday

COEUR d'ALENE — The Coeur d'Alene Fire Department's annual open house, 1500 N. 15th St., is scheduled 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

It will include the Idaho Disaster Dog team, firefighter combat challenge for kids, fire extinguisher demonstrations and Sparky the Fire Dog.

Hot dogs and beverages will be provided.
