SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 207 The City of Hauser, Kootenai County, Idaho, hereby gives notice of the adoption of Hauser Ordinance No. 207, an Ordinance of the City of Hauser, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, entitled “The Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2023, appropriating the sum of $262,456 to defray the expense and liabilities of the City of Hauser for said fiscal year, authorizing a levy of a sufficient tax upon the taxable property and specifying the objects and purposes for which said appropriation is made”. Section One of the Ordinance appropriates the sum of $262,456 to defray the expenses and liabilities of the City of Hauser for said fiscal year. Section Two of the Ordinance specifies the objects and purposes for which said appropriation is made. Section three of the Ordinance states “that a general tax levy to yield $28,456 on all taxable property within the City of Hauser be levied in an amount allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023”. Section Four repeals all conflicting Ordinances and parts of Ordinances. Section Five states that the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
