North Idaho Eye Institute expands in Post Falls

Expanding from six exam lanes to 18 when it moves from 1110 Polston Ave., North Idaho Eye Institute will soon open in the building that formerly was Teton House Restaurant at 1901 E. Seltice Way in Post Falls.

Also with locations in Coeur d'Alene and Hayden, the multiple ophthalmologists and optometrists address specific eye-care needs and will have 10 providers in Post Falls for cataract surgery, macular degeneration, medical retina, glaucoma, pediatrics and an optical center.

Offering permanent jewelry and custom hat bar experiences, Linked Studios has opened at 401 N. Second St. in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

De Leon's Tex-Mex Grill to open soon

The building that was Cosmic Cowboy Grill at 412 W. Haycraft Ave. will soon open as De Leon's Tex-Mex Grill.

Sergio and Mayra De Leon use authentic family Mexican recipes for fast-casual scratch foods with dine-in, to-go, delivery and catering services for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The place has 90 indoor seats and 24 on the patio for the full menu with beer and wine to be added.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays.
