Win a patriotic Christmas tree in 3Cs Holiday Raffle
The ladies of Cancer and Community Charities, the nonprofit known as the 3Cs, are raffling off a patriotic-themed Christmas tree valued at $2,000.
The tree will be on display at the 3Cs annual holiday craft fair today from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds in Buildings 1 and 2. Admission is $2. Proceeds from the craft fair will benefit local charities.
The 6-foot, pre-lit tree is decorated with stained glass stars handcrafted by longtime Kootenai County resident Tom Arico, 85, as well as a patriotic quilt handmade by 3Cs member MaryAnn Herston. The tree also comes with a tree skirt and runner, holiday wreath, vintage Americana fabric basket, a pair of military boots, hat, rifle stock, white fence with "Merry Christmas" sign and other holiday and home goods, as well as gift certificates.
The raffle drawing will be held Nov. 8. Tickets are six for $5.
