Safeguard Equipment of PF showcases at National Safety Council event

Safeguard Equipment of Post Falls is attending the National Safety Council’s Safety Congress and Expo, a premier safety assembly gathering that hosts over 800 safety suppliers.

Safeguard Equipment is one of 16 vendors chosen to showcase inside the Technology Pavilion at the expo, taking place in New Orleans this week.

At the forefront of this honor is Safeguard Equipment's innovative and holistic safety solution, COMPASS Pro, which has the following unique combination of features:

• Emergency Response Service: Accessible on mobile devices using the Safeguard Equipment app. Adjust settings, communicate with team members and contact emergency services in the event of an accident.

• Crisis Detection: The COMPASS Pro safety solution can detect falls, arc-flash events, head impacts and no movement — in addition to current and voltage. Users can also summon aid for any crisis event, such as a heart attack or work-related injury.

• Emergency Service Notification: COMPASS Pro cuts response time by automatically notifying coworkers via in-app push notifications and SMS messages.

• Location Detection: COMPASS Pro alerts designated response teams to users' precise locations, enabling workers to be found and assisted quickly.

"Being chosen for the Technology Pavilion amongst a vast pool of innovators is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence at Safeguard Equipment," said Tim Ledford, CEO of Safeguard Equipment. "I am immensely proud of our team and the groundbreaking technology we've developed. Every ounce of our effort is channeled towards preventing incidents in the field and, above all, saving lives. Our innovation is about using technology to ensure every individual returns home
safely at the end of the day."
