Visit Idaho launches resident sentiment survey

Visit Idaho, the state's tourism division, has launched a survey to garner input from Idaho residents regarding the sentiment of tourism in the state.

The survey is live and can be accessed at visitidaho.org/survey through Nov. 5.

Visit Idaho initiated its first resident sentiment survey in partnership with market research company Longwoods International.

Tourism is the third-largest industry in Idaho, which has experienced an increase in the number of travelers visiting the state in recent years.

The survey represents the opportunity to expand strategic marketing efforts to promote Idaho and encourage responsible travel practices developed through feedback from those who live and work in the Gem State.
