Saturday event to benefit Cd'A woman

| October 20, 2023 1:00 AM

COEUR d'ALENE — A costume contest, dancing and dinner to benefit a Coeur d'Alene woman are scheduled 4 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Hayden Lake Eagles Club.

Tickets for a drawing with prizes that include hunting rifles, shotguns and handguns will be available.

The event will help Tricia McCullough, who was paralyzed in a crash nearly two years ago on Interstate 90 near Missoula.

She has been accepted at Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colo., a facility that specializes in spinal cord rehabilitation. The program costs about $350,000.

Tickets for Saturday's taco dinner, dancing and costume contest are $20 and will be available at the door.

Tickets are $100 for the firearms drawing, which is scheduled to take place Dec. 16 during a spaghetti feed and dance fundraiser at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds. Tickets to that event are $30.

For tickets, call Dave McCullough at 208-661-1332 or visit Black Sheep Sporting Goods at the Silver Lake Mall.
