HAYDEN ELECTIONS MISINFORMATION: Think for yourselves and vote

I received the Luke Sommer and Tom Shafer mailer. I was stunned by the misinformation they are spewing. I am not sure if they are misinformed or just liars. The “Death of a major Wetland” that they refer to is laughable.

This is and never was a wetland, it was at best a seasonal creek. The DEQ, Panhandle Health, BLM and other agencies assured the city during the planning phase of this development that it was not an issue and is a buildable site. The city of Hayden and Council approved this because the builder was in compliance with all agency’s requirements.

I understand Mr. Shafer was not living here during the conception phase of this development and is just using this to gain votes, shame on him and Luke Sommer. The KCRCC who have endorsed Sommer and Shafer, obviously do not vet their candidates. One just has to look at Sandra White, and the NIC clowns all backed and supported by the KCRCC. We have to push back the newcomers from big cities with big city ideology. I would like to know how Mr. Sommer and Mr. Shafer have given back to the community, not church but the Hayden community.

Personally, knowing Roger and Alan both are stellar residents and continue to give not only their time and dedication but also have given back monetarily. I will not tell you who to vote for like the KCRCC sheepherders. I would rather you think for yourselves. Please Vote Nov. 7.
