COEUR d’ALENE — A man accused of sexually abusing multiple children over a period of years is being held on $150,000 bail.

A grand jury returned indictments Wednesday for 34-year-old Coeur d’Alene resident Jullian P. Sabin, charging him with five counts of sexual abuse of a child and two counts of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16, all felonies.

The charges stem from incidents alleged to have occurred between 2014 and 2023, involving four different children, who were between the ages of 6 and 15 years old.

Sabin allegedly had sexual contact with the children, caused some of them to “witness acts of sexual conduct” and solicited some of them to participate in sexual acts, according to court records.

Following the indictment, a judge issued a $150,000 warrant for Sabin’s arrest. Police took Sabin into custody Wednesday. He remains in jail.

In Idaho, sexual abuse of a child is punishable by up to 25 years in prison. Lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16 carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
