National Ladies Homestead Gathering in Wallace

The Ladies Homestead Gathering will host an informative event in the scenic Silver Valley today and Saturday.
Like-minded women will gather for two days of learning and networking, with presentations throughout the day from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“We have about 150 lady homesteaders gathering to embrace doing things at home instead of buying them at the store,” Ladies Homestead communications coordinator Valerie Finlay said.
Tickets for two days are $100 and available at www.nlhg.org/national-gatherings.
Speakers will cover various homesteading-specific topics and share their valuable insights and experiences. In addition to the sessions, demonstrations and vendor booths will be available for more opportunities to explore and connect.
An optional guided walking tour is available Sunday morning, "Walking in Their Footsteps: North Idaho's Trailblazing Women."
