NIC CONTRACT BUY-OUT: Have Macomber, Boyles figure it out

I attended the Sept. 27 NIC Board Meeting where Todd Banducci responded to criticism by asking the audience to “bring him the formula for buying out” Greg South’s contract (NIC’s inactive, duplicate President who is being paid full wages and benefits for doing nothing). The best answer I can offer Mr. Banducci is for him to consult Art Macomber and Colton Boyles, his two highly paid legal Cronies. Surely they can figure it out.
