LAUNCH IDAHO: TV ad misses the mark

Has anyone other than me noticed the poor planning for the TV ad for Launch Idaho program? I assume it was meant to further the education paths for the people of Idaho. I noticed the semi truck blowing through the round about not only on the wrong side of the road, but failing to go around the designated way as well. Is this an example of the education expected from the program? I would think they could do a much better job in the planning and execution of an add watched by the people. Just wondering about the state of our education program in this state. We can and should do better.
