Holiday bazaars, craft fairs coming up

'Tis the season for holiday craft fairs and Christmas bazaars galore.

Here are some upcoming events to help shoppers find unique gifts and add festive flair to their cozy homes this holiday season:

Saturday, Nov. 11

Lemons of Love Northwest Art and Gift Fair | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Lake City Center, 1916 N. Lakewood Drive, Coeur d'Alene. This event benefits Lemons of Love Northwest, a nonprofit that creates chemo-care tote bags for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.   The bags are distributed by nurses and social workers at local cancer care facilities to bring comfort and a smile. Local artisans and quality hand-crafted wares, bake sale and a raffle. Free.

Hayden Senior Center Annual Christmas Bazaar | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Calem Shrine Public Event Center, 1250 W. Lancaster Road, Hayden. Handmade crafts and decorations, baked goods, coffee, snacks, chili and cornbread. $2 per person. Vendor spaces available, $40 each, discount with membership. Info: 208-762-7052

Friday, Dec. 1

Outdoor European Christmas Market | 4-8 p.m., Finucane Park, 550 E. Prairie Ave., Hayden. A festive celebration with sights, sounds and flavors of a traditional European Christmas market. Unique crafts, treats and gifts. Live music, entertainment and activities for the whole family. Admission: $5.

Post Falls Parks and Recreation's Winterfest and Plaza Market | 4-8 p.m., Post Falls City Hall Plaza, 408 N. Spokane St., Post Falls. Activities for kids, Post Falls Museum holiday singalong, outdoor fire pits, holiday photo opportunities, vendors. Free.

Saturday, Dec. 2

Athol Farmers Christmas Market | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Athol Community Center, 30355 Third St., Athol. One-stop Christmas shopping supporting local small businesses. Raffles, refreshments, entertainment, more than 50 vendors, "make and take" cedar wreaths.
