KUDOS: To Ron McIntire and all at Super 1 Foods

Super 1 on Kathleen is my favorite store. We’ve been frequent shoppers since 1997. I’m thankful there are no cards required, we check out with friendly checkers and baggers (no self-checkout), and we use regular coupons (no digital requirements).

On one of their busiest days, my husband, not one to ask questions or directions, was approached by a gal working in the aisle; she must have noticed him standing and scanning the shelf for something. She asked him what he was looking for, and then she went into the back returning with what he wanted, in addition to restocking the shelf.

He was mightily impressed. We have not seen that happen in the other stores. Thank you to Ron McIntire, the managers and all the staff that make Super 1 on Kathleen the friendliest, most service-oriented place to shop. Super 1: A sublime, spectacular, store.
