PEOPLE'S PEN: Propaganda from out of state?

I received in my mailbox a newspaper sort of document. I first I thought it was a cartoon, a funny paper. Then I thought it was satire because of all the funny and cuckoo conspiracy theories.

But then I saw political advertisements.  

I wondered, do these candidates believe these conspiracy theories?

If so, our educational system really has failed.

Then I realized it was an attempt at propaganda.  

The Peoples Pen LLC is a Wyoming LLC doing business in Idaho. It was formed by an attorney in Wyoming, so there is no way to tell where the money is coming from, (attorney client privilege) or why a Wyoming based LLC is attempting to influence elections in Idaho.

Why are the candidates who are featured, and who placed ads in this flyer, who are running for local offices, wanting to associate themselves with out of state organizations?

Out of state owners, out of state money. How is that good for our community?
